ATRA
Last updated 5 July 2026 · MiraiTech, Belgium
Atra turns places you save into personal, day-by-day travel plans. It is operated by MiraiTech, established in Belgium (info@miraitech.be). During early access, features may change, pause, or break — we do our best to warn you first.
Keep your credentials to yourself and use Atra only for planning your own travel. You must be 16 or older. You can delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion removes your data as described in the privacy policy.
Trips, notes, and imports remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store them and display them to you and the people you choose to share them with. We claim nothing else.
As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on purchases. When you subscribe, you ask us to start the digital service immediately; if you withdraw within the 14 days, we refund proportionally for what you did not use. Contact info@miraitech.be — no form or reason needed.
Under Directive (EU) 2019/770 and Belgian consumer law, paid digital services must work as promised, and you have statutory remedies (fixing, price reduction, or refund) if they do not. Nothing in these terms limits those rights — they sit on top of everything here.
Atra checks hours, drive times, and conditions carefully, but the world moves: verify anything safety-critical (weather windows, road closures, opening hours, permits) before you rely on it. You remain responsible for your own travel decisions.
To the extent the law allows, Atra is provided “as is” and our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. This cap does not apply where the law says it cannot: our fraud or gross negligence, death or personal injury, or your statutory consumer rights (including section 6).
Belgian law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may sue or be sued there. Before any court, talk to us — most things resolve in one email. You can also turn to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (Service de Médiation pour le Consommateur / Consumentenombudsdienst) for free out-of-court dispute resolution.
If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we give notice in the app or by email at least 30 days ahead. If you disagree, you can cancel before the change applies and get a proportional refund of any prepaid period.
